- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude receptionist, continued talking over even though I gave her a chance to speak. No code of ethic carried out whatsoever. Very poor communication skills and ride demeanour which needs addressing or some sort of re-training. Bad image for a garage which is insurance accredited. Moreover, after receptionist rant and a fib to manager, company refuses to repair car! Waste of time, distressing and not helpful at all. Not recommended!By Admin, April 20, 2018
