    On Monday i received the worst treatment as a customer of my life. I decided to buy 16 hot wings via the drive thru at KFC one stop. Little did i know i would have to wait half an hour and that i would be sworn at and called idiot. Yes. This happened to me. The person who was in front of me had to wait ten minutes at the speaker to get the order taken. When it was my turn to place an order i was spoken to abruptly and in a sharp snippy manner. I was deeply unsatisfied by this. Then when drove to the window where i got my order i was shouted at for beeping my horn. I only did this out of frustration because i had been waiting 20minutes. I was screamed at by someone who was supposed to be an employee and then someone who said he was the manager would not talk to me until i cooperated regardless of the fact that it was his staff who decided to begin the uproar. Just as i drove off with my warm order of wings i got called an idiot and had that same employee kiss her teeth at me. As a customer i do not feel i should be treated like this and so i refuse to ever set my eyes on this kfc outlet. I will also, not be recommending this branch to anyone i know due to poor service and treatment.

    Very rude receptionist, continued talking over even though I gave her a chance to speak. No code of ethic carried out whatsoever. Very poor communication skills and ride demeanour which needs addressing or some sort of re-training. Bad image for a garage which is insurance accredited. Moreover, after receptionist rant and a fib to manager, company refuses to repair car! Waste of time, distressing and not helpful at all. Not recommended!
